SeedLinked Shipping & Return Policy

Here’s a short guide to our ordering, shipping, and return policies on the SeedLinked Marketplace.

Once you place your order on the SeedLinked Marketplace, it cannot be cancelled, altered, or modified. Please be sure to review your order items, address, and billing information before submitting your order to ensure everything is correct and accurate. Once you place your order, SeedLinked will send you an order confirmation email. Your order will be resubmitted to our seed company partners as soon as we are able. If you would like any updates on your order, including shipping updates, please reach out to us at orders@seedlinked.com

Seed Shipped Directly from Seed Company Partners – SeedLinked is a seed order aggregator and seeds purchased on our site ship directly from our seed company partners. As a result, if you order seeds from more than one seed company in a single order, you will receive a package directly from each seed company listed on your order. Thus, we suggest that you please allow a few extra days for receipt of your entire order.

Standard Shipping – We process orders and send them out to our seed company partners within 1-2 business days of receipt. Due to high demand during the peak months of January-May, orders may require additional time for packaging/shipment depending on the constraints experienced by our seed company partners.

Additional Fees & Surcharge – Please be advised that our S&H rates are subject to change.

Shipping Outside USA – We are unable to ship seed outside the USA at this time. I.E. we only ship to the 50 US States and D.C. Also please note that Credit/Debit cards, Checks and Money Orders must be from a U.S. based financial institution.

Coupon/Promo Code Offers – Codes are only valid until the end of the day (Central Time) specified in the ad. Codes are only valid for orders that ship to USA addresses.

Seed Company Partner Shipping/Refund Policy – Please reach out to us regarding your shipping or refund questions at orders@seedlinked.com. Since order fulfillment and shipping is completed by our Seed Company Partners, we will be following the practices of the supplier you purchased the seed in question from. We encourage you to visit each supplier to better understand their shipping/refund practices.

Out of Stock and Backordered Items – Our system updates partner seed company offerings once a day. That being said, it may be possible for you to order an item on SeedLinked that is out of stock or backordered on our seed company partners site. If this happens to you we will issue a full refund for the out of stock/backordered item.
