SeedLinked Shipping Policy

Here’s a short guide to our ordering, shipping, and return policies.

Once you place your order, it cannot be cancelled, altered, or modified. Please be sure to review your order items, address, and billing information before submitting your order to ensure everything is correct and accurate. Once you place your order, we will send you an order confirmation email and each seed company you ordered from will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking numbers.

Seed Shipped Directly from Seed Company Partners – SeedLinked is a seed order aggregator and seeds purchased on our site ship directly from our seed company partners. As a result, if you order seeds from more than one seed company in a single order, you will receive a package directly from each seed company listed on your order. Thus, we suggest that you please allow a few extra days for receipt of your entire order.

Standard Shipping – We process orders and send them out to our seed company partners within 1-2 business days of receipt. Due to high demand during the peak months of January-May, orders may require additional time for packaging/shipment depending on the constraints experienced by our seed company partners.

Additional Fees & Surcharge – Please be advised that our S&H rates are subject to change.

Shipping Outside Continental U.S. – We are unable to ship outside the continental USA at this time. I.E. we do not ship to AK, HI, PR, or U.S. holdings outside of the contiguous United States. Also please note that Credit/Debit cards, Checks and Money Orders must be from a U.S. based financial institution.

Seed Company Partner Shipping/Refund Policy – Since order fulfillment and shipping is completed by our Seed Company Partners, we encourage you to visit each one to better understand their shipping/refund practices. Please contact the seed company directly for a refund.

Out of Stock and Backordered Items – Our system updates partner seed company offerings once a day. That being said, it may be possible for you to order an item on SeedLinked that is out of stock or backordered on our seed company partners site. If this happens to you we will issue a full refund for the out of stock/backordered item.
